You can request a crash report by phone by calling Highway Safety at (307) 777-4450.

Wyoming Accident Reports - FAQ
Before July 1, 2013, you were required to fill out an Owner/Operator Crash Form (PR-901), but this is no longer required. However, drivers involved in an accident are required by law to notify the nearest law enforcement agency if involved in a traffic accident that fits the criteria below:
