Description

This accident, involving 3 vehicles occurred on Thursday, March 28th 2024 at approximately 5:36 pm. The driver of turquoise (blue) Buick (1999) failure to yield. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was Southbound on US 23 and was attempting to turn Eastbound onto Tarlton Rd. The driver of Unit 1 then failed to yield the right of way by turning Eastbound in front of Unit 2 that was traveling North on U S 23. The driver of Unit 2 was traveling North on US 23 in the right lane of travel. Unit 2 then struck Unit 1 within the intersection of Tarlton Rd. The driver of Unit 3 was traveling West on Tarlton Rd and was stopped for a red traffic light at the intersection of US 23. When Unit 2 struck Unit 1 within the intersection; Unit 1 struck the front of Unit 3. Unit 1 and Unit 2 then had driven off the North side of the Tarlton Rd. IF-30737 This vehicle crash remains under investigation.
