Unit 1 was traveling Westbound on CR S approaching CR 13. Unit 2 was traveling North Bound on CR 13. Unit 1 failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of CR 13 and CR S. Unit 1 then proceeded to travel through the intersection causing Unit 2 to strike Unit 1.
