On Wednesday April 17; 2024 at 1058 hours; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on Germantown Street at apparently an excessive rate of speed in the first lane from the north curb and when at 3736 Germantown Street apparently lost control on the wet road; began to rotate as it crossed the centerline and was struck by Unit Number Two who was traveling eastbound on Germantown Street in the second lane from the south curb. After colliding; Unit Number One left the south side of the roadway.
