On January 26; 2024; at approximately 1908 hrs.; Unit# one was traveling eastbound in the second lane from the south curb on Needmore Road. When in the area of Successful Way; Unit #1 changed lanes to the left; entering the median/left turn lane. In so doing; it struck Unit #2/pedestrian traveling across the roadway; southbound from the north curb of Needmore.
