At about 0219 hours on Sunday January 21; 2024; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on East Helena Street and when at the entrance to Island Metro Park lost control on ice next to the curb of the roadway; crossed the centerline; drove off the south side of the roadway; and collided with the bridge wall.
