Additional Narrative

Unit#1 was southbound on Interstate 77 in the right lane. Unit#2 was southbound on Interstate 77 in the left lane. Unit#2 attempted to pass Unit#1. Unit#1 failed to stay in his marked lanes traveling into the left lane causing Unit#2 to swerve off the raodway. Unit#2 drove off the left side of the roadway striking a construction barrel.
