Additional Narrative

Unit #1 and Unit #2 were traveling northeast on Interstate 71. Unit #3 and Unit #4 were traveling southwest on Interstate 71. Unit #1 failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead and struck the rear-end of Unit #2. Unit #2 then traveled off the left side of the roadway; overturning across the grass median into the oncoming lanes and was struck by Unit #3 before going off the roadway. Unit #4 then rear-ended Unit #3.
