Unit 1 was northbound on State Route 314. Units 2 and 3 were southbound on State Route 314. Unit 1 drove left of center and struck Unit 2 head on. Unit 1 continued off the east side of the roadway. Unit 3 struck Unit 2 in the rear; causing Unit 2 to cross the center line. Unit 3 continued off the west side of the roadway.
