Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on State Route 18. Unit 2 was stopped partially in the roadway due to being disabled. Unit 1 swerved to avoid Unit 2. Unit 1 traveled off the northside of the roadway; struck a ditch; culvert; went airborne; overturned and came to final rest.
