Unit 1 was traveling westbound on Little Richmond Road near Johnsville-Brookville Road. Unit 2 was traveling Southbound on Johnsville Brookville Road near Little Richmond Road. Unit 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 went off the roadway to the left and overturned. Unit 2 went off the roadway to the right.
