Additional Narrative

Unit 2 was traveling northbound on Interstate 77 in the right lane and unit 1 was southbound making a U-Turn t o go northbound on Interstate 77. Unit 1 failed to yield and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 then went off the right side of the road; and came to rest in the ditch.
