Unit #1 was traveling southeast on Cemetery Street. Unit #2 was parked on the right side of the roadway in street parking. Unit #3 was standing on the right side of Unit #2 outside the vehicle. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 in the rear. Unit #2 was pushed into Unit #3 pinning her against a fence. Unit #1 backed up and fled the scene.
