Unit 1 and Unit 2 were northeast on Interstate Route 75 in the left lane. Unit 1 was parked partially in the left lane with emergency lights activated. Unit 2 failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead; striking Unit 1 in the rear. Unit 2 traveled off the left side of the roadway and caught fire.
