Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling southwest on State Route 4; in the northbound lanes. Unit 2 and Unit 3 were both traveling northeast on State Route 4. Unit 1 sideswiped Unit 2; who swerved to avoid impact. Unit 1 continued southbound and struck Unit 3 head on. Unit 3 spun off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail; Unit 1 spun off the left side of the road.
