Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on SR 39 and traveled left of center. Unit #2 was traveling westbound on SR 39 and swerved to avoid Unit #1. Unit #1 and Unit #2 then collided head-on in the middle of the roadway. Unit #2 traveled off of the south edge of SR 39; striking a ditch; and came to a final rest on an embankment. Unit #1 spun around and was facing westbound partially in the eastbound lane at final rest.
