Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling southbound on US 23 in the right lane. Unit 2 was traveling southbound on US 23 in the left lane. Unit 1 attempted to turn eastbound onto CR 123 from the right lane of travel and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway; struck a traffic sign; and a ditch. Unit 2 traveled off the left side of the roadway; struck a ditch; overturned; and traveled into the northbound lanes of US 23 where it came to final rest.
