UNIT#1 WAS HEADED NORTHBOUND ON N DETROIT AVE IN THE RIGHT CURB LANE APPROACHING E LASKEY RD WITH THE RIGHT OF WAY. UNIT#2 WAS HEADED EASTBOUND ON E LASKEY RD APPROACHING N DETROIT AVE WITH A YIELD SIGN. UNIT#2 MADE A LEFT TURN ONTO NORTHBOUND N DETROIT AVE AND THEN ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE LANES FROM LEFT TO RIGHT BUT FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY TO UNIT#1. UNIT#2 BEGAN TO SWITCH LANES AND STRUCK UNIT#1 CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED ON SCENE. NO WITNESSES WERE ON SCENE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT#2 WAS CITED. ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED.
