UNIT #1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE NORTHBOUND NEAR 3500 VINE STREET WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE; RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY; AND STRUCK A UTILITY POLE. THE DRIVER AND OCCUPANTS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES. THE FRONT SEAT OCCUPANT DIED AS A RESULT OF INJURIES SUSTAINED FROM THE CRASH.
