Unit #1 operating eastbound on Buckeye Rd. made a left turn onto Woodhill Rd. in front of Unit #2 operating westbound on Buckeye Rd. causing Unit #2 to strike Unit #1. Unit #2 then rolled over from its left side to the roof before coming to final rest. During this the passenger of Unit #2 became partial ejected out of the sunroof and was crushed between Unit #2 and the roadway.
