Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Miles Ave. (SR 43). Unit #2 was also travling westbound on Miles Ave. Unit #2 slowed and started to make a U-turn to change direction of traffic from westbound to eastbound. As unit #2 slowed Unit #1 went to pass Unit #2 on the left. Unit #1 collided with the left side of Unit #2. Operator of Unit #1 succumbed to his injuries. Unit 2 Make: Saab Model: 93
