Unit #1 a pedestrain was walking southbound in the southbound lane of Scranton Road. Unit #2 was traveling southbound on Scranton Road. The front of Unit #2 collided with Unit #1; knocking Unit #1 to the ground. Unit #2 then ran over Unit #1. Unit #2 contuined southbound on Scranton Road without stopping.
