UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON QUEEN CITY AVE. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ACROSS QUEEN CITY AVE IN AN UNMARKED CROSSWALK. UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 THEN FLED THE SCENE. UNIT 3 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON QUEEN CITY AVE AND ATTEMPTED TO AVOID UNIT 2 BUT WAS UNABLE TO AND STRUCK UNIT 2 IN THE ROADWAY.
