Unit#1 was traveling west bound on IR 90 when he struck a pedestrian on the highway (Unit#2) Unit#1; fled the scene prior to our arrival. However; Unit#1 later went into the Lakewood Police Department and admitted to striking Unit#2. Unit#2's vehicle was process towed to Lot#2 by Zone Car 2A34; P.O. Reyes#894 & P.O.
