UNIT 1 TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON ROCKFORD WEST ROAD. UNIT 1 DROVE OFF SOUTH SIDE OF ROAD; OVERCORRECTED CAUSING UNIT 1 TO LOSE CONTROL. UNIT 1 THEN TRAVELED TO THE NORTHSIDE DITCH OF ROCKFORD WEST ROAD. UNIT 1 THEN HIT THE DITCH CAUSING UNIT 1 TO FLIP SEVERAL TIMES COMING TO REST IN THE FIELD NORTH OF ROCKFORD WEST ROAD. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS THEN PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE VAN WERT HOSTPITAL.
