Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was located off to the east side of Walcutt Rd at Springdale Blvd. Unit #1 struck a tree head on. The Driver of Unit #1 was found impailed by the steering column. CFD Engine 26 pronounced at 22:57. AIU was responded. The Driver of Unit #1 was taken to the Coroner's Office. Unit #1 was taken to the impound lot and held for evidence.
