Unit 1 while exiting from IR 90 at exit 181 fleeing from justice; ran the stop sign at the intersection striking unit 2. Operator of unit 2 was ejected as a result of the collision and sustained fatal injuries. Unit 1 ran off the road and the rear of unit 1 struck a tree.
