Unit 1; a pedestrian; is crossing Woodhill Road from the west to the east near Kolar Avenue and is struck by Unit 2 which was N/B on Woodhill Road. Unit 1 was found on the east roadside of Woodhill Road 150 feet north of the north edge of Kolar Avenue. Unit 2 failed to remain on scene.
