UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON W. GRACE ST NEAR 172 W. GRACE ST. UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON W. GRACE ST. NEAR 172 W. GRACE ST. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #2 FAILED TO MAINTAIN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CROSSED INTO THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAVEL. UNIT #2 CONTINUED IN THE OPPOSITE LANE OF TRAVEL AND STRUCK UNIT #1 IN A HEAD ON MANNER CAUSING DISABLING DAMAGE TO BOTH FRONT ENDS OF UNIT #1 AND UNIT #2. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 SUSTAINED SERIOUS BODILY INJURY AND THE DRIVER OF UNIT #2 SUSTAINED FATAL INJURIES. (JF)
