Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling E B; on Wilber Ave. in the only continuous lane of travel; at 6303. The driver of Unit #1 failed to maintain reasonable control of the vehicle; fell on the roadway; causing the vehicle to slide on roadway and ejecting the driver from the vehicle. Subsequently; damage was caused to Unit #1 and suspected serious injury to the driver of Unit #1.
