Unit 1 was travelling southbound on U.S. Rte. 23 approaching the intersection of Cottswold Dr. Unit 2 was travelling northbound on U.S. Rte. 23 approaching the same intersection. Unit 1 attempted to turn left into the Delaware Square Plaza across from Cottswold Dr. Unit 2 entered the intersection and striking Unit 1; which lead to the death of the driver of Unit 2. This crash is still under investigation. Digital Photos were taken on scene. Several OH 3 statements were collected on scene. It should be noted that OSP Sgt. King colleced most of the OH3 statements. Both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene.
