Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling north on IR175 (E. 260th Street) in lane 1 directly next to 1080 E. 260th Street. Unit 1 ran off road left for an unknown reason and struck a concrete bridge pier owned by CSX. There was minor damage to the bridge pier. The driver of Unit 1 was deceased on scene. The decedent was released to the Coroner. Next of kin was notified. CSX was notified: 601 E. 152nd Street; Cleveland; OH; 44110; 216-268-7086. Investigation on-going.
