Unit #1 was traveling westbound on SR 640 under the railroad tracks at a high rate of speed. Unit #1 began to fish-tail and struck the curb on the north side of the road just west of the bridge. Unit #1 then left the roadway on the right side and ejected the operator causing him to strike utility pole # 620933 and then coming to rest in the roadway. Unit #1 then continued on its side until it came to rest approximately 100 feet prior to Ben Hur Ave.
