Unit 1 was travelling south bound on the old rail road bed south of Burton St SE. Approximately a quarter mile south of Burton; Unit 1 rolled over on the trail. The roll bar of Unit 1 came to rest on top of the driver. Both driver and passenger were transported to St Joseph Medical Center. The driver succumbed to his injuries. The passenger was being treated for their injuries.
