Additional Narrative

Unit 2; a Rumpke garbage truck; was stopped and operator was completing work at 4527 Hutchinson Road. All necessary lights were illuminated on Unit 2. Unit 1 was traveling west on Hutchinson Road. Unit 2 operator began re-entry into the truck on the passenger side. Unit 1 struck the rear of Unit 2. Unit 1 operator was transported to UCMC where he was pronounced dead.
