Unit 2 is travelling W/B on Superior Avenue passing Giddings Road. Unit 1 is E/B on Superior Avenue approaching Giddings Road at a high rate of speed in the curb lane with no headlights illuminated. Unit 1 loses control on the wet pavement; crosses into the W/B lanes of travel and strikes Unit 2 head on. Unit 2 overturns onto its right side after contact with Unit 1.
