Unit #1; a Spectrum bucket truck; was parked on the side of the road facing eastbound. The driver of Unit #1 was standing on the back platform of his work truck getting ready to get into the bucket lift. Unit #2 was eastbound on Lake St. Unit #2 struck the back of Unit #1. The deceased passenger of Unit #2 was taken to Summit County Coroner's Office.
