Additional Narrative

Unit # 2 (pedestrian) was walking across Duck Creek Road in a marked crosswalk with a walk signal along Dana Ave in the 2268 block. Unit # 1 (Metro Bus Coach #1107) was attempting to make a right turn onto Duck Creek Road from Dana Ave when the driver failed to yield to the pedestrian resulting in a collision. Unit # 2 (pedestrian) received fatal injuries as a result of the collision. Driver of Unit # 1 was found to be operating with a suspended driver's license status.
