Additional Narrative

Unit 1 struck Unit 2 near the Intersection of S. High St. and Southgate Dr near the east side of the intersection. The Driver of Unit 1 fled the scene before Officers or EMS arrival. Unit 2 was on a bicycle; and was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. AIU was contacted and responded to the scene.
