This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 at approximately 1:07 pm. The driver of gray Toyota (2006) improper lane change. Injuries were reported. Unit one was on the exit ramp to Shepherd Lane from IR 75 South and then the driver attempted to re-enter IR 75 South.  Unit one driver turned on his left turn signal and struck the impact attenuator with its right front end.  This action caused unit one to spin clock-wise into the right lane; directly into the path of unit two.Unit two driver tried to take evasive action to the left however unit one was still directly in front of unit two and unit two struck unit one on the right side with its front end.ODOT has been notified about the damaged impact attenuator.    The crash was captured on ODOT traffic camera system.
