Unit #1 was traveling west on Shoup Mill Road in the left turn lane and making a left turn to travel southeast on North Main Street. Unit #1 failed to maintain reasonable control of her vehicle while making the left-hand turn; went off the right side of the roadway; and collided with a utility pole.
