This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Saturday, July 1st 2023 at approximately 2:11 pm. The driver of gray Chevrolet (2003) drove off road. Injuries were reported. An officer from Bowling Green Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was on the sidewalk; westside of the roadway in the 300 South Main Street in the City of Bowling Green; Ohio. Unit 2 was southbound on S. Main from Washington . Unit 2 almost side swiped a vehicle in the 200 block of South Main Street; before driving off of the roadway in the 300 block. He drove over the sidewalk on the westside of the roadway striking a city garbage can and multiple trees/shrubs. Witnesses stated that Unit 1 attempted to move towards Key Bank (300 South Main Street) when he was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 was pinned under the right front passenger tire of Unit 2. Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene.
