Additional Narrative

Unit One was Northbound in the 4000 block of SR 53 and negotiated the left curve at 4158 N.E. Catawba Rd. Unit One then went off the right side of the roadway and struck the Ohio Edison guide wire and utility pole #29-T1B-2 causing disabling damage to Unit one.
