This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Tuesday, May 9th 2023 at approximately 5:41 pm. The driver of red Ford (2011) unsafe speed. Injuries were reported. Unit 1 was traveling westbound on S.R. 138 and left the roadway on the left side of the road striking a road sign. Unit 1 then continued down the ditch line and struck a utility pole. Unit 1 then continued down the ditch line where it struck a culvert which cause the vehicle to flip multiple times where it came to rest on the passenger side of the vehicle. The occupant inside the vehicle was entrapped and the vehicle caught fire. This crash remains under investigation.
