Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northeast on St. Rt. 4 in the northeast bound lane approaching 7280. Unit 1 failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead to stop; and collided with the rear of Unit 2; which was also in the northeast bound lane slowing down on St. Rt. 4 approaching the intersection of Farmersville West Carrollton Road. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway and collided with a fixed object and landed on its right side. THIS CRASH REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION
