Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling West bound on U.S. 20 on the overpass above Lemoyne Rd. Unit #2 was traveling West bound on U.S. 20 in front of Unit #1. Unit #3 was traveling East bound on U.S. 20 above Lemoyne Rd. Unit #1 failed to maintain assured cleared distance ahead striking Unit #2 in the rear. The collision from Unit #1 caused Unit #2 to travel left of center into oncoming traffic. Unit #3 and Unit #2 collided in the East bound lane on U.S. 20.
