On Tuesday December 5; 2023; at about 1920 hours; Unit Number One was traveling northwest bound on North Main Street in the first lane from the east curb at an unknown speed and when at Helena Street switched to the second lane from the west curb; then the third lane from the west curb or the designated left turn lane for northbound traffic; and then entered the designated turn lane for southbound traffic where it collided with Unit Number Two which was traveling southeast bound on North Main Street in the third lane from the west curb or the designated left turn lane.
