Unit 1 was eastbound on Layhigh Road. Unit 2 was northbound on Chapel Road. Unit 1 entered the intersection from the stop sign and was struck by Unit 2. Fault is not yet assigned due to the speeds and cirrcumstances of the crash are under investigation.
