Additional Narrative

On 10/18/23 at approximately 1226 hours; unit 1 was traveling East on W Third St and when approaching 8280 W Third St failed to maintain reasonable control of the vehicle; crossed the centerline; ran off the left side of the roadway; struck a fence; and struck a utility pole. The driver and sole occupant of unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
