On Sunday September 17; 2023; at around 1446 hours; Unit Number One was traveling westbound on Lakeside Drive in the only lane of travel at apparently an excessive rate of speed and when at South Gettysburg Avenue failed to stop for the red traffic signal; then left the west side of the roadway colliding with the raised curb and then a overpass wall.
